StayPulse is for operators who manage rooms or beds, residents and recurring rent. The same account runs a hostel, a PG, service apartments, or several of those together. It is not a hotel booking engine and not an OTA listing.
StayPulse started with how a hostel actually works: rooms with beds, people moving in and out, rent due every month, and often a mess on the same site.
A booking calendar, date-ranged availability, or selling beds on an OTA. StayPulse manages the stay after someone is a resident.

A PG already runs the same loop by hand: who lives here, what they pay, whether food is included, and which tap is leaking. That loop is what StayPulse records.
Short-stay check-in/check-out search. If the business is nightly hotel inventory, this is the wrong product.

Service apartments fit when you assign rooms or beds, keep a resident on a monthly rate, and collect that rent. StayPulse is the operations system for that.
A PMS for hotels with a booking engine, channel manager or night audit. There is no availability search by check-in date.

One account is one accommodation business. You add buildings as properties, switch between them in the dashboard, and keep staff, billing and StayPulse’s own subscription on that account. How many properties you can open follows your plan.
A property is not a second StayPulse customer. It has no subdomain of its own; the hostel is the tenant.
