Manage rooms, beds, residents, rent, food and daily operations.
StayPulse brings properties, rooms, residents, rent, food, payments, maintenance and operations together in one property management platform.

Whether you run a hostel, a PG or service apartments, StayPulse adapts to your rooms, residents, rent and operations.
See all solutionsRun several buildings under one StayPulse account instead of a separate login for each. Switch property, keep operations scoped, and restrict staff to the building they actually work in.

Several buildings under one business account, with a property switcher.
Rooms belong to a property. Assign residents to beds and see which are free.
Records, self-registration, bed assignment, KYC and a resident portal.
Packages, prepaid or postpaid, proration, late fees, reminders and receipts.
Meals you define, menus, orders, packages and food bills.
Residents raise requests. Staff update status without a WhatsApp thread.
Rent and food payments, receipts, expenses and profit & loss.
Occupancy, food, GST summaries and a profit & loss for the business.
Invoices, credit notes, HSN/SAC and GSTR-1 summaries. StayPulse does not file the return.
Publish a public site from the name, address, photos, amenities and packages you already keep in StayPulse. Visitors can enquire — they cannot book a date range, because StayPulse is not a booking engine.
Three staff roles, plus an optional property restriction. An owner is never locked out of their own business.
All properties, settings, staff and billing for the business.
Day-to-day operations. Can be limited to one property.
Kitchen and food bills. Rent lists and the inbox stay with rooms staff.
Create properties, rooms, beds and rent packages. Food, GST and payment methods have working defaults until you change them.
Register people yourself, or let them apply from a registration link. Assign beds and packages when they move in.
Collect rent, take food orders, handle maintenance, send reminders and read reports from one account.
Priced per bed, with unlimited rooms and residents. Start with a 60-day trial.
Yes. One StayPulse account is one accommodation business. You add buildings as properties under it, switch between them in the dashboard, and keep staff, billing and reporting on that same account. How many properties you can open follows your plan.
No. Hostels are a core audience, but the same product is used for PGs and service apartments: properties, rooms, residents, rent, food, payments and maintenance. It is property management for those businesses, not a hostel-only tool.
Yes. Resident records, occupancy, rent packages, payments, food (if you serve it) and maintenance are the same operational loop a PG already runs by hand.
Yes, where you manage rooms or beds, residents and recurring rent rather than a hotel booking calendar. StayPulse does not include a booking engine or date-ranged availability search.
Yes. A building can follow the business’s rent policy or override it — due day, grace, late fees, packages and receipt books included.
Yes. An owner always sees the whole business. A property manager or food manager can be limited to one property, and the server enforces that on lists and actions — not only in the menu.
Yes, from the resident portal in a browser — no app to install. They can see dues, receipts, food and maintenance for their stay.
Yes. Rent and food are separate modules with their own packages, due days and reminders, under the same residents and properties. You can turn food off for a business that does not serve meals.
StayPulse can calculate GST on rent and food, raise rent invoices, print HSN/SAC, produce rate-wise and document summaries for GSTR-1, and issue credit notes after a period is marked filed. It does not file the return for you.
Yes, on plans that include the property website. It publishes the information you already keep — name, photos, amenities, packages — and collects enquiries. It is not an online booking engine.
No. Staff use the dashboard in a browser; residents use the portal in a browser on their phone or computer.
Yes, when the business has online payments set up. StayPulse can collect through the hostel’s own Razorpay account, or with a UPI QR the resident scans. A UPI reference the resident types in is not treated as paid until staff confirm it against the bank.
